Roku Ultra not connecting

I have tried everything that is suggested for connecting to my network, but the Roku Ultra will not connect.  The password entry appears good.  It just won't connect, and I'm about ready to return it.  Please need help.  I even tried to power down the router, and Roku, then start them backup.  Nothing is working.

Can you use an ethernet cable to get connected?  It is probably just a router setting getting in the way.  What is the model number of the Ultra and what brand modem/router model number are you using?
