I just bought a Roku Tv in March of 2021, Model # 100012589, Serial # YK00L8437181. 2 days ago it lost wireless internet connection. I have reset the internet connection all the way to resetting the whole tv and nothing changed. It has been working just fine with the wireless connection till 2 days ago. I have looked through every type of network connection help and I can not find nothing. I have tried to find my mobile hotspot and I get nothing I have tried putting my router information and hotspot information in manually and still nothing, I do not even get any type of error code nothing at all. I cant find anything that I have not already read and tried. Any information would be helpful regarding something I have not tried would be great. I have done everything I have read in the support section or even online. I dont know why it wont connect or even find any network near me. Please help!!!!!
Here's what has worked for me to re-establish my net connection. I usually have to do this on my most used Roku, a Streaming Stick+, several times a month.
If that doesn't fix it, try disconnecting the power to your Roku for a few seconds. When it comes back up, see if you then can set up the network connection.

Who makes your TV (Roku doesn't make the TVs)? You might want to contact them to see if they have any ideas. They may just point the finger back at Roku, but it's worth a try.
