Wi-Fi & connectivity

So the wifi I'm on needs a browser to connect because once you connect the wifi then it would (if you're on a mobile device) take you to spectrums website to login to your account. But I can't do that because it's a tv and doesn't open a browser does anyone know a way around this? Also if i can find the tv's mac address then i can manually add it to my wifi's list of devices but of course when I go to network settings on my tv the only option it shows is to connect to wifi.

You can see the MAC address by choosing "Private network" when you get the list of available networks.
