Navigate to Settings..System..About [press OK]. Are you seeing an IP address and a Wireless MAC address?
Navigate to Settings..System..Advanced System Settings..Network Connection Reset..Reset Connection.
Then restart your router.
If the above does not work, post some more details about issue, error codes seen on screen, your router model number, and your ISP (internet provider).
