I have the Roku Streambar Pro, which has been working great for months. This morning it lost its wifi connection (wifi is up and running fine) and is now stuck in the wireless scan mode. This is not related to the TV, though I’ve seen a support thread about Roku TVs having the same issue. Nothing has changed with my wifi network or network router. Every other device connected via wifi in the house are working fine.
Hi @joperkins
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!
For clarification, when you said that your Roku is stuck in wireless scan mode, is your device not responding or it's responding but doesn't detect any Wi-Fi at all?
If you are getting an error code or message, refer to this link for common Roku error codes and their recommended actions: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home network or the internet?
With more information, we can assist you further.
All the best,

The device was not responding. It just continued to look for a wireless network and I couldn't even get out to home.
Finally did a 'hard reboot' by disconnected the power and it now works fine...
I just had the same issue with my router tv and the reboot worked I recommend after removing power also pressing and holding the power button to discharge capacitors.
