Roku Stick freezes on "hotel or dorm" dialog box

Hi there, I have a Roku stick that I'm trying to connect to a hotel wifi, but every time I choose the hotel wifi, the stick freezes when the "I am at a hotel or college dorm" box pops up. I have to unplug the stick to get it to work again. Any ideas on what to do?

You didn't mention your Roku model # and firmware version:    Settings/System/About

Make sure you are using the provided USB AC adapter, and not the USB ports of the TV/other device.

Oops, sorry about that!

Software version: 10.0.0 build 4209-50

I am using the Roku provided USB ac adapter and still experience this freezing issue.
