Roku Stick Internet Connectivity Issues

I have restarted my router multiple times, and it will connect for like 5 seconds and then disconnect. Then, it won't reconnect until I restart the router again and it still won't stay connected. I have also restarted the Roku multiple times and have unplugged it, nothing seems to be working which is so frustrating. The router box is literally in the same room as my Roku and it is at a high enough level. I have looked through every forum and have tried every solution there is. Please help!!

It doesn't come up often, but it is actually possible to be too close to the router, especially if it is a high power one, such that the signal overpowers the Roku's wifi receiver.
