Roku Stick Constantly Drops WiFi When In Use

I have a Roku Stick (3800x) running software version 12.0.0.4184. The stick has no trouble finding my WiFi network and connecting. However, whenever I try to actually use the stick to connect to the internet (i.e. watch any channels), the stick disconnects from WiFi, and I get an error saying that it's not connected. I've tried restarting, unplugging, disconnect/reconnecting WiFi, and the device will reconnect to my WiFi network only to drop the connection again when I try to watch anything.

Has anyone had this happen? Any ideas on how to fix?

Thanks for letting us know about the behavior you are seeing with your Roku Streaming stick that keeps disconnecting from your home network and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've done so far. 

Can you please verify when did this issue first start occurring? Have you tried moving the device closer to your router to see if you can get connected?

To isolate the issue, have you tried to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot to see if there is a difference?
