Roku Smart Tv not connecting to ANY wifi and gives me Error 014.30

I’m using Shaw Wifi and it won’t connect . I’ve also tried a personal hotspot and still no luck on connection any tips please help it’s been like this for days and I’ve tried everything, Restarting it, restarting the router and both at the Same time

That error code has to do with low wifi signal strength. 

Has anything recently changed with your wifi setup? 

Does your tv have an ethernet jack?  You could run a ethernet cable from your router to your tv
