Roku has been working great for a couple years, now its not working anymore. My internet is up and running and works. The devices find the wireless connection and rate it as excellent, but are just unable to connect. We've reset a few times and nothing works.

If you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP ensure your wireless mode is set to b/g/n and not g/n. For Comcast/Xfinity:

We just replaced our Roku box as we have had issues with Roku not connecting as well. Other devices have no problem connecting to the network wireless (two phones and one computer no problems).
Additionally, this happened with the Roku just last week (before replacing today). It is at the password screen that we get failure, with Error message 14:30. We have push the reset button on the router. We have unplugged the Roku (for both previous and new Roku device) and we have Excellent detection of Network. But password screen brings back not connected.
Last week, we actually went to our AT&T webpage and changed the password. When we inserted the new password into Roku (old one) it got connected, and we then enjoyed for about a week. I watched streaming on Roku this morning. But went out on some errands and came back and Roku won't connect. So we buy new Roku today, thinking old one just worn out. Same exact issue. But again, the password works for the other three devices in the room. Ours is a Roku Ultra (old) and Roku Ultra LT (new today).
Hey @sansari_sf @JuliePatchouli
Thanks for the posts.
If you are getting an error code or message, refer to this link for common Roku error codes and their recommended actions: How to connect your Roku device to the internet using Wi-Fi or Ethernet
Furthermore, if the affected device is either a Roku Express or Roku Premiere, please note that they are only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum. Ensure that your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to.
You can also try configuring your router and use wireless channels 1, 6, or 11 which are the preferred channels in North America. Each time you change the wireless channel, you will likely need to apply/save changes before you are prompted to restart the router.
Let us know if there's any difference after.
All the best,
Kariza
Thank you Renojim. Worked perfectly.
Nothing works. 2 Premiere devices all of sudden will not even find my internet. Express is ok
