Just like apparently everyone else!!!! My roku premier was working just fine now it REFUSES to connect to the wifi. Worst money ever spent. We’ve only had it 2 months now it’s useless and can’t be returned. We’ve tried everything. Resetting the roku and my router. We did a factory reset multiple times. Contacted Cox. All of my devices connect just fine, except the roku.

Since you have Cox there's a known issue with their routers. Change the wireless mode to b/g/n or ask them to do it for you.
Nope. Already went through Cox. They aren’t the issue. My router is brand new. Every thing in my house (including 3 computers, an iPad, Nintendo switches, phone, etc) connect just fine and show excellent service.
Hey @hannahcelissa
Thanks for the post.
Please be advised that Roku Premiere is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum. Ensure that your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to.
You can also try configuring your router and use wireless channels 1, 6, or 11 which are the preferred channels in North America. Each time you change the wireless channel, you will likely need to apply/save changes before you are prompted to restart the router.
Let us know how it goes!
All the best,
Kariza
Roku is a joke. Just bought Amazon fire stick. Pass the news around
@hannahcelissa, I gave you the answer. If you don't want to make the change then suffer the consequences.
Suffer the consequences? Your “solution” didn’t work. My router is already set up as you said it should be. I already stated that. Get off your pedestal, you’re not a roku god
You never said you made the change, just that you contacted Cox. I'll stay on my pedestal thank you very much.
