Roku Not working. Nothing seems to work

We have 3 Rokus in the house and I Chromcast. All 3 Rokus are not working, but the Chromcast, Alexas and tablets are working. It seems to be getting stuck linking up to the internet. It's getting Wi-Fi connection to our network but no internet link.

I've reset the roku system as well as our router. Nothing is working.

Re: Roku Not working. Nothing seems to work

@heathersims1024

A lot of missing information here. Sure, some assumptions can be made, but it's always better if the user explicitly states the facts. That way, there's no confusion.

First, what are the model numbers of the Roku devices. Some low end models only work on 2.4 GHz networks, and if your network is now only using 5 GHz, that might account for it.

And, of course, you never said if the Roku devices used to work. Or is this a situation where you bought three Roku devices, and are unable to set them up?

We have Roku Epresses. All worked earlier today. Not now.

@heathersims1024

You didn't provide the model numbers, so...

All Roku Express models (3700, 3900, 3930) are 2.4 GHz only.

All Roku Express+ (3710, 3910, 3931) are also 2.4 GHz only.

The Roku Express 4K (3940) and Roku Express 4K+ (3941) are dual band, supporting both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

What band and channel is your network currently using?
