Roku was unplugged, now after it's been replugged it will not connect to the internet. We've restarted both the roku and internet router to no avail. No other device is having this issue, so it's not our internet. Help?
Care to provide more information such as what Roku model do you have?
Roku express
@lukepnnngtn That’s the name of your device not the model number. It’s stamped on the outside of your Roku

@lukepnnngtn The Roku express will only connect to a 2.4 GHz network. Is the Express seeing the network and won't connect or is it not even seeing the network? Who is your internet provider?
It originally was showing it and not connecting, now that we factory reset it it's not even showing up. AT&T is my internet provider. It was working 3 days ago, so I'm pretty sure it's nothing on the internet side.
@lukepnnngtn That’s your serial number not model number. Please let us know what your Roku model number is. That will determine how you troubleshoot it
@HDMIGuy The base model Express is only 2.4. The 4K and 4K+ are dual band. We don’t know the model number as of now
There have been numerous reports in the Community and on the AT&T forums regarding trouble establishing reconnection to 2.4 ghz devices (not just the Roku streaming devices.) The cable ISP are pushing firmware updates to their routers that are affecting different people at different times. Not all routers are affected but the culprit is a mismanaged speed protocol.
The reported troubleshooting fix is to change the wireless Mode to reflect b/g/n. (Users will normally notice the router is currently set to g/n when experiencing the issue.)
Instructions how to login to your router and make the necessary change is below.
AT&T → (https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-high-speed-internet/KM1046172). You can select your appropriate router from the drop down menu.

Feel free to post back if still having issues or need more help. Include your router model number as well.
