Roku Express won’t connect to wifi but will connect to my hotspot

My WiFi had gone out and now it is restored but my roku will not connect to our WiFi. If I turn on my phones hotspot it will connect. We have tried a factory reset. We do not have device compatible with a wired connection. Has anyone else had this issue?

Make sure you are trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz band on your wifi.
