I also have to restart my roku express every night so It will connect to internet. Despite my network connections always showing excellent strength it will not actually connect without restarting. Every. Single. Day. Model 3900X - Roku Express.

Looks like the unit is defective when it does this.  Roku sent me a replacement that I'm testing currently.  No problems on day 1.

Have you already tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that helps resolve the issue you are experiencing?
