My Roku was working perfectly, but today I have no connection and can not see my network. I have reset both Roku and router several times and still not seeing my network. My network is working for all other devices. Using Verizon Fios Router.
My model is 3900RW-Roku Express
Software version 10.0.0 build 4209-51
I am having the same issue. It suddenly will not connect and I have rebooted the router and roku multiple times. I can stream using the wifi on other devices in the same place, Roku suddenly stopped working.
@RYC I wish they had some customer support. Wonder if this is an issue they are even aware of.
@marshx, Roku wouldn't be aware of it because it's not anything like a universal issue. Does your Express find any networks? Can you use your phone's hotspot just to see if it will connect to that?
I gave @RYC the solution (hopefully) to the Xfinity problem in another thread, but I don't think yours is the same problem.
@renojim I am able to connect to a hotspot. I can also see neighbors routers. ROKU was telling me to have Verizon to disable MAC but they said it would disconnect my other devices which are working perfectly. I am at a total loss. Not even sure if I bought a more recent version would that fix the issue or do I just need to go to Amazon Fire Stick. Everything had been fine since Sunday.
Roku Express supports 2.4 GHz band only. Some ISPs have disabled 2.4 GHz band and operate 5 GHz band only on their wireless routers. Others, such as Comcast/Xfinity have changed the 2.4 GHz settings from b/g/n to g/n, causing devices to fail to connect. The fix for that is to change the settings back to b/g/n.

Hello-
I was finally able to get mine to work. I connected to a hotspot (got the idea from you). Then I tried to connect to my home wifi again, and it worked without an issue. I am back up and running, I hope that yours will do the same.
