I have no idea why but for whatever reason I just set up my roku express and it can connect to the wifi and everything and it even did a full software update. Upon completing that however, it went back to the setup screen again and asked me to try to put in the wifi. But this time it’s no longer asking me if I’m on dorm wifi like it did the last time and when I hit continue, it tells me I have no internet connection. I don’t know what to do and I really would like to contact customer support but I cannot find a number ANYWHERE.

If you are unable to resolve the issue regarding connecting with the Hotel & Dorm Connect feature, please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
