I have read all of the posts and none of the "solutions" offered work. I am beyond frustrated. My Roku suddenly decides it doesn't recognize my WiFi. I've spent days troubleshooting. I cannot find any Roku support line. I even pulled out an unopened Roku Express my ex husband gave us that we can't use because I only have one tv. It also will not connect. They both find the signal, says it's Excellent. Then when you try to connect it says it can't. I've reset numerous times, restarted numerous times, spent hours dealing with Xfinity (who, by the way, I've had no issues with in the 4 years I've had them), and figured out only the two Rokus won't connect. All of my other devices connect to my internet wirelessly. Someone please help me!
Might your router be one supplied by your internet provider? If so, your problem may have been caused by a recent update to your router. This has been reported lately with equipment from Xfinity and Cox, but there may be others.
Affected users report the router configuration needs to be switched from g/n security back to b/g/n. If you don't have access to your router's control panel you may have to have your internet provider do it for you.

I’m having the same issue, I ran the express through my IPhone hot spot works fine but not my xfinity router WiFi. All other devices in the house work fine on the xfinity router. Just the 3 express units that use WiFi.

Here's another thing to try for people stuck with Xfinity:
I went into the router settings looked at the speed settings, renamed the speed setting that coincides with the 2.4 hrz, rescanned my network, choose the 2.4 hrz network, all works great again. ROKU express does not work on the WiFi, with a speed of 5 hrz.
