My Roku Express won’t connect to my internet. When I try to connect it comes up with error code 014.30. I tried restarting my Roku multiple times and checking for updates and it still doesn’t work. I connected it to my mobile hotspot and it worked but won’t connect to my wifi.
Several ISP supplied routers have received an update that changes the wireless mode from b/g/n to g/n. Change it back to b/g/n.

If the above suggestions didn't work, please be advised that Roku Express 3930 is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum. Ensure that your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to. You can check your device model by navigating to Settings > System > About.
You can also try configuring your router and use wireless channels 1, 6, or 11 which are the preferred channels in North America. Each time you change the wireless channel, you will likely need to apply/save changes before you are prompted to restart the router.

I tried every step and did the factory reset last. Now I can't do anything else. Should I just get a new roku?
I’m having the exact same issue… I have rebooted unplug reset and I’ve done everything possible it connects to my hotspot but it won’t connect to my “excellent” Internet…
I'm sorry it's happening to you too. I hate that we cannot talk to an actual human to get this resolved. The fact that it won't connect to my "excellent" wireless connection is concerning. I haven't bought another one in fear it would happen again.
@jsschartley If you have the base model Roku Express it can only run on the 2.4GHz network. You need to switch your modem settings to run b,g,n. Who is your ISP?
I’ve tried all of the steps recommended to get my roku to connect back to my wifi. It won’t work, I’ve been having this issue for a bit now where it comes and goes and will connect and won’t. The device ID is S009204CYJ6M
@Jordynelson33 Which Roku model do you have? Who’s your ISP? What steps have you taken?
