I bought a Roku Express today, set everything up and was working fine.
Two and a half hours later it lost connection, switched off and I cannot reconnect.
I have tried all the tips recommended and as a last resort did a factory reset.
When scanning for networks none show up and the wireless MAC address is all zeros.
There is no problem connecting the internet to any other devices.
There seems to be no way to contact someone from Roku to fix this?
