Roku Express 4K+ (Model 3941X) Stuck on Jumping Logo

I have a Roku Express 4K+ (Model 3941X), purchased in June 2021.  It was working fine the last time I used it about a week ago.  When I turned it on last weekend, I got the jumping Roku logo.  It has been stuck there ever since. 

Based on what I have read on the boards, I held the reset button more than 30 seconds several times, disconnected the power for several hours, and reset my router.  Then tried combining these---disconnect, reset router, reconnect.  None of this helped.  I installed the Roku iOS app which detects my much older 4200X in another room---that model is running fine---but it doesn't detect the 3941, so it's not connecting to the network.

I logged in to my Xfinity router's Gateway and did see that the WiFi mode for 2.4GHz is set at 802.11 g/n.  My 4200X is using 5 GHz, so I don't know why the 3941X would use 2.4.  The router is an XB6-T (aka CGM4140COM) and I have been using pods since before I bought the 3941.  From what I understand, the security settings are automatically set when you use pods.  In any event, I can't change the g/n setting and when I called Xfinity, they suggested I contact Roku to make sure the device isn't faulty, which sounds like good advice at this point. 

Is there anything else I should try?

Are the SSIDs (network names) for your 2.4 and 5GHz networks the same?  If so, give them different SSIDs.  Comcast/Xfinity will probably tell you that's also impossible which is a lie just like the b/g/n comment.

Thank you for the suggestion, renojim.  The network names are the same.  Since I'm using pods, I can't have different SSIDs.  That's also why I can't change the security settings.  And since I work remotely now, I need the pods.
