Roku 4K+ Won’t find network

For the past week now my Roku 4K+ hasn’t been showing my WiFi. I’ve restarted the modem and the Roku device and nothing is changing. Please help!

Is your network 2.4GHz or 5GHz or both?  Does it show any networks?
