ROKU TV (TCL) says poor connection and doesn’t work

I have Verizon fios 400 mbps internet and use an eero mesh system.

My TCL Roku TV, which previously said it had excellent connection, is totally useless right now. 

My Eero confirms that it’s getting better than 300 mbps right now. Usually the TV operates on WiFi but right now I have it plugged directly into the eero via an Ethernet cable.

It still says <1 mbps, despite multiple resets of the TV. It’s obviously receiving more than it says it is.


what else can I try?

Did you update your setup to reflect the wired connection?

Settings > Network > Set up connection > Wired connection
