Problem Communicating Error

I have connectivity to a wireless network and got all green checks on the test. However, when i try connecting to channels, i get “there was a problem communicating with (pick channel name and insert). Any thoughts?  I also reset the unit.

What Roku device model number and Software version/build? Settings > System > About

Name three apps where this happens.

i think at@t did a firmware update on my router....all my rokus and ruku tv will only connect wireless now all the ethernet connections are not working
