I Have had this tv since January and it always connected to the internet but today while watching YouTube it disconnected and I cant get it to reconnect I get a 009 error I even reset the tv and the internet modem nothing worked if anyone has any info on how to fix this I would appreciate it.
Error code 009 is usually internet related problem. Generally resolved by restarting both the router and the Roku device. Normally, internet connection service issue. If you can connect other wireless devices to the internet (laptops, etc) and verify normal operation of internet, check your router settings under Wireless Settings (through router's admin panel login), and make sure the settings are compatible with Roku.
The RokuTvs should be able to operate on both the 2.4 and 5ghz bands of your network so as long as both are enabled, should be able to at least able to connect to 2.4, indicating problem with 5ghz settings.
Can also try resetting network connection within Roku. (System..Settings..Advanced System Setting...Network Connection Reset)

Post back with detailed network settings and router model number if still having problems connecting. Not sure if that particular TV has an ethernet port that you can use to connect (wired connection).
The internet settings were never changed since I bought the tv can the internet provider change them without me knowing I have Xfinity internet and use their modem I bought the tv in january of this year and it always stayed connected to the internet then it just quit and wont connect but all my video game consoles and tablets do
Just to clarify, the 009 error is more an internet connection issue. Meaning Roku is likely connected to the network (router), but is having a problem establishing internet connection. (At least according to Roku diagnostic code 009).
However, just like a car that throws a diagnostic code (check engine light dtc code), a battery dtc code may actually be attributed to an alternator problem or wiring issue. Codes narrow the issue, but do not necessarily pinpoint the issue.
Unless you manually configure router yourself, most routers can experience changes to their settings through "automatic" settings. This means routers periodically search for a better connection and change/choose a "better" wireless channel. Sometimes the router may use a channel (notably more so on 5 ghz band) that is incompatible with Roku.
Also, router settings can change when the ISP (Xfinity) releases firmware updates or disables the 2.4ghz band either deliberately or inadvertently, or limits 5ghz band functionality with Roku through the use of automatic settings.
As such, like the car, the internet error could be a network issue.
Since your other devices are connecting to internet, I would personally look at router settings first, then restart the router again, then do a System Restart in the tv. Next step would be to do a Network Connection Reset at TV. (Advanced System Settings....Reset Connection)
Error code 009 is generally internet related trouble. Generally resolved by restarting each the router and the Roku tool. Normally, net connection service difficulty. If you may connect other wireless devices to the internet (laptops, and so on) and confirm ordinary operation of net, test your router settings and speed on this page and below Wireless Settings (thru router's admin panel login), and make sure the settings are well suited with Roku.
