Only 1 Roku not connecting to wifi

even after I restart modem. Please I need someone to talk to

I have the same thing going on.  I have 3 rokus in the house. 2 are working,  1 is not. The one in the bed room has had audio problems for several days.  The audio does not match up with the video.  I unplugged both TV & Roku. The problem started when I plugged them both back. Now the Roku will not connect to the wifi. The other 2 are still working.  I even rebooted the modem just in case,  when I really knew that was not the problem. And it wasn't.  I've done all the trouble shooting I can think of.  This is frustrating to say the least. Help!!

To both of you. To begin assisting you have to provide more information. What model Roku do you have? For a player, we need the model number, not its name. For a Roku TV, who manufactured it? 

Some Roku devices are dual band WiFi, while others are single band. For the ones that work, they might be dual band, and connect just fine at 5 GHz. But your 2.4 GHz radio in your access point might not be configured correctly, or even turned on. If your ISP is a cable company, they are (in)famous for controlling certain functions on your router that you can't change, or they may change something without telling you. So knowing your ISP is helpful as well.

I have the same problem. I have 3 Roku express devices, and 1 Roku TV.  Two of the Roku express devices and the Roku TV are working fine.  But one Roku Express says “Not Connected”

All of the devices are wireless and working with the exception of one Roku Express.  I unplugged the Roku Express, and then plugged it back in once and it connected again.  However, this time nothing seems to work.

I’ve unplugged the Express device and plugged it back in.  I’ve disconnected the HDMI and power from the TV.  I’ve disconnected all cables and power to the TV, the USB cable to the plug etc.. but nothing seems to work

@Eball640 Try connecting the misbehaving Roku to a phone hotspot, and see if you can update the Roku via that connection. It's possible that you need an update that the other devices were able to retrieve.
