Older roku box read error 003

Older roku box screen turns purple when you click network connections. Can’t update system

What model and model number?  Find out via Settings / System / About.

How old?

If you can see the menu, is it a single row of icons that you scroll left/right?

Or is the Main Menu a left region of text items (Home, Featured Free, My Feed, Search, etc) and a 3-column area of app icons?

What is the model number? What is the current OS version? Those can be found via Settings > System > About (assuming you don't have the single row of icons on your main menu).
