Not connecting to my wifi

I have been having connection issues just this week. we have multiple tvs and rokus. just this week all the roku devices plugged into tvs will not connect to the the wifi. Error code 14.30. But we have 2 Roku tvs which will connect. ive restarted the router. factory reset the rokus and nothing. shows my 2g wifi name in the list but wont connect. only devices in our whole house that wont connect to our wifi all of a sudden this week are the 3 roku devices themselves. its been so very frustration. ive contacted my internet provider, and they said our internet package is plenty large enough speed for what we have. we never loose internet but the rokus all disconnected at once and now wont reconnect.

Re: Not connecting to my wifi

We are having the same issue just this week. We have 2 devices and both dump the wifi signal - which is showing “excellent strength”. To get it to reconnect we have to reboot the modem a couple of times. Service provider is saying it’s not their issue. It’s just strange BOTH Rokus disconnect at the same time.

Re: Not connecting to my wifi

I was able to fix mine yesterday. I’m not exactly sure what fixed it. But I signed into my online account for my internet provider from my computer. I went into the settings the the router. There was a box in the advance settings for 2.4g WiFi and I clicked it. Then I also selected a box that said use same password for 2g and 5G. Once I did that and saved it. All my rokus connected again.
