My Roku devices are saying "Not Connected" at the top of the screen and my remotes are not working either. So I tried to restart my Router and Roku devices numerous times, and still "Not Connected" is still there, and remote is not working either, wat do i do to fix this??
I’m having The same issue been having this issue for weeks now and there’s no we need to get a hold of they have no customer support no nothing I’m about to just throw them out and go to fire stick or something at least they have customer support
Have you tried new batteries in the remote? Does the remote have a button in the battery compartment? If so, have you tried to pair it by holding the button until the lights starts flashing and then plugging in the power to the Roku device? If it doesn't have a button, verify the remote works by pointing it at a digital camera (like the one in your phone) and pressing a button on the remote. You should see a flash of light on the camera's screen.
