Will not connect to wireless network. Tried everything. More suggestions welcome.
Took the plunge and bought my first Roku, a Roku express. Purchased only a few months ago. Working perfectly fine until now.
1. ) I have restarted router.
2.) I have restarted Roku device SEVERAL TIMES.
3.) I have done a complete system reset.
4.) I have moved device and entire television physically closer to router.
My internet has excellent signal strength. Nothing wrong with the internet.
Ever since my last resort; a system reset, it has now been STUCK on the network connection page.
Here is what happens: I see my wifi, I click on it, I enter password and it searches for network connection and is unsuccessful every time. for several days! This is extremely frustrating.
Only thing that has changed is my home screen looked different. I believe there was a system update that may have caused the issue. There is no way to reverse this. My device is completely useless without this network connection issue solved.
Do you have XFinity? If so, change the wireless mode to b/g/n from g/n. Xfinity has recently made changes to their customers routers.

@Msgipson84, it's a setting in your router. You can use the Xfi app to change it or ask Xfinity to change it for you.
