I understand that you are unable to connect your internet connection after an outage with Comcast.
What Roku model device are you using? Do you get an error message when you try to connect to your wireless network? What specific troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to try to resolve the issue?

We also recommend rebooting both your wireless router and your Roku device.
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot to isolate the issue.
