No longer able to connect to dorms wireless network

I have had my roku express connected to the wireless network at my university for the past 2 years. I was in the middle of watching a movie when the wireless network just stopped working. I have tried unplugging and replugging everything, resetting the roku system, resetting the network connection, checked my school's internet signal (which my roku and all of my devices say that the internet signal is strong) and am still unable to connect to the wireless network. Why can't I get my wireless connection back?

Hi! I just purchased a new Roku tv today. It’s connected to my WiFi, but is taking forever to load channels and occasionally disconnects from my WiFi (nothing is wrong with my WiFi because my iPhone and other Roku tv’s  are working fine). I wonder if Roku is having issues on their end? Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon!
