No connection for either device

I have 2 roku devices in different rooms. My wifi went out recently, and neither device would reconnect after the signal returned. We tried unplugging/resetting everything, modem, router, roku, all of it, and checked for any updates. Nothing worked. We called our internet provider, they did some kind of reset on their end, and both devices connected again. Now the wifi has gone out again, and it's back to no connection on both my roku devices. Everything else is connecting fine (phones, laptops, gaming systems) the signal strength is excellent, and the internet provider did another reset. I have tried everything.

In your modem/router/gateway configuration, make sure your 2.4Ghz SSID is enabled, and set to either channel 1, 6, or 11 (no DFS), with a 20Mhz bandwidth.
