Thank you so much for your reply. It confirmed my thoughts that it was network-related. However, I have no idea how I would go about looking at router settings. It's a machine with no data entry points or screens. So, we turned it off and completely unplugged it. It worked, so it's fixed. Thank you!

For future reference, you can view and change router settings by logging into it using a computer or phone or sometimes they have an accompanying mobile app.

If you have issues in the future, just post the router model number and can provide instructions.
