Wi-Fi & connectivity

My Father-in-law was living in an assisted living building that have corporate wifi through the building.  We purchased the Roku Express 4k and it worked with no issues.  Now he has moved into a nursing home at a different location and different company with a different internet provider.  In setting up the Roku Express I can set up the network that is listed and get excellent strength, however, I always get an error that states no internet connection.  This new location is similar to the assisted living facility in that it has a corporate wifi throughout the building.

How do I get connected to the internet?  Do in need to change the internet provider?  If so, how do I do it?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried re-connecting your Roku to a solid wireless network to see if that helps resolve the issue you are seeing? You may also try to connect to an alternate wireless network, such as another mobile phone signal typically provided and maintained by specific mobile phone (cellular) service providers, to see if you are experiencing the same issue.
