You see that big ol' text box you left blank? It's really useful for lots of things. Like actually stating the details to the problem. Including your Roku device model number and OS version (Settings > System > About).
And providing your ISP, in case that makes a difference. And your wireless router brand and model.
It's useful for lots of things. Give it a shot and we'll see if we then have enough information to offer some assistance.
