I have a Smart TV with Roku that easily finds my network. My computer and phone connect to the network easily. I have a non Smart TV that I have recently connected a Roku Premier to. This one cannot see the network and is unable to connect. I have bounced both router and Roku with no results. Router distance is 12 feet and signal is 5GHz. Any help would be appreciated.
When posting what model you have always state the model number from Settings->System->About. Roku has a terrible habit of reusing names on devices with vastly different capabilities. That being said, if you have the Premiere model 3920 it isn't dual band - 2.4GHz only.
