Network connection

Is there anyone who can help me! I have had my tv for 3 years. No issues connecting to my roku remote app. But today i tried connecting it to my tv but it said that is was unable to contect to my wireless connection even though my tv says it is. I have tried everything like  resetting my tv . Pressing my bluetooth button of “forgetting my network.”  But nothing is working. It is not pairing or showing on my phone’s bluetooth . I looked on YouTube and no luck . If anyone can help i would gratefully appreciate it.

Re: Network connection

I am having a very similar issue. I have a couple of Roku devices. Both were having the issue, but he one got solved after I restarted my router (even though all other wifi in the house was working before the restart, by Roku devices were not). Now my Roku Express continues to not read my wifi, even though it has for a couple of years! I am at a loss of how to get it connected again. Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Re: Network connection

@AROD, Bluetooth has nothing to do with it.  Your phone and your Roku must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

@NinjaGo, yours is a different issue entirely.  Express models only connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. and only channels 1 to 11.

Re: roku Express wifi channels

I bought the Roku Express in 2020 and it DOES also connect to 5g bandwidth wifi. I use a rockspace AC1200 wifi extender and just click the 5g wifi if I have problems connecting to the 2.4.
