Network connectio. No wireless network

I have a roku phillips and a roku TCL.. both have different roku accounts. my galaxy S21  (using  hotspot) will no longer connect  to my TCL but will connect  to my phillips. I have tried reseting the connection on my TCL as well as my mobile connection.  I have updated the TcL as well. And it's still coming up no wireless network. I have tried putting my device on 4g as well. I also have a galaxy s21fe and that phone connects to the TV with no problem.

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
