The Roku LE that I need to return will not connect wirelessly. We got 2 of these in December. Both connected when first set up. Both lost their wifi connection a few weeks later. Only got one of them to reconnect successfully. I need to return the one that doesn't connect. When I went through the steps to return it, I got this message: "There was an error submitting your request, please try again." I have tried to submit on 2 different days, and get the same message. This Roku LE appeared on the Roku return page as a Roku Express device. On the return page the device serial number is different from the serial number printed on the box. I tried using the box serial number to initiate this return before I picked the Roku Express button on the return page. I got a message telling me to enter a valid serial number.
Can I return this LE for a replacement device that will connect?
