I do not have a physical remote so I've always used the roku app on my phone. I was on vacation for 2 weeks and when I came back my phone wouldn't connect to the TV. It just said "no device found" .??
Restart your Roku, modem, router and phone. But you should purchase a replacement remote. What is the Roku model number?
