It just keeps spinning at the "wireless Scan" and just says "looking for wireless networks" I'm on a Hisense Roku
Roku doesn’t make TV’s. Hisense did. So did you just purchase this TV? Move? Get a new modem and router? If your TV was already connected why are you doing a wireless scan? Can you provide more information please

It should return a message if it can't connect. Something is wrong, based on the information you've provided. Unplug the TV, let it sit a minute, then try again.
