I am so frustrated with Roku. I ended up restarting my Roku Express and now it won’t accept my password to connect to the internet. I had issues all day long trying to open the Philo app to no avail. I’m about ready to take a hammer to it. Ugh!!!

-what Roku model device are you using -who is your ISP (internet service provider) -what is the make and model of your router -what wireless frequency is your router broadcasting -have you tried connecting to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are experiencing the same issue
