My Roku is connected to my WiFi but my apps will not load. Circle keeps spinning.

I am also having the same problem, but just with one of my Roku TVs. The other one works fine. It says I’m connected to the Internet, but none of my apps will open, I get a network error. I was able to connect the TV to my hotspot on my phone, but I had the same issue with the apps.
