Manual Network Settings Gone After Update

Before the recent update you could press a sequence of buttons to manually adjust your Roku network speed, it appears after the recent updates that button sequence no longer works. Does anyone know where we can find those settings again or a new sequence to access that menu?

Appears that debug feature (bitrate override) has been removed.  Looks like automatically being handled now.  I thought it was eliminated with the initial release of OS 10.0.
