Have an ultra. It says that is is scanning or something similar. How does one set the IP address, netmask, gateway and so forth? (I tried searching and don't see anything, but I am new...)
I know of no manual network setup in Roku. It expects all that to come through DHCP from the router.
When you say “scanning” do you mean it hasn’t even found any Wi-Fi? Then again, I see a tag of “wired” so I’m not sure if that’s what you mean.
