Keyboard won’t show up when connecting to internet

My keyboard won’t show up when I am prompted to enter my internet password. How can I resolve this?

Have you tried various buttons on your remote? I'd start with OK and then try some others.

Move your highlight into the password field.  Press OK on the remote and the virtual keyboard should appear on screen.
