Is there a way to force roku to ask if I’m in a hotel

I am trying to connect my device at a hotel.  I know the steps involved as I travel a lot for work and always take my roku with me. When I connect to the wireless network, it is not giving me the pop up box for selecting I am at a hotel.  It is connecting to the WiFi and showing an active connection but my steaming services show no connection.  Connection checks are all successful and I’ve turned it off and back on.  Contacted customer service but they were not helpful.

No, there's no trick way to do that. You might go into the settings and perform a Network Connections reset. This removes all stored connection information, so you'll have to enter your credentials again when you get home. But it does blast out any previous stored info for that hotel chain.
