If it's still under warranty they may replace it. Otherwise, well...
I just pulled out my Premiere to verify... yep, it's still garbage.
Does anyone from Roku actually respond on this community site? I would like to initiate a return but it requires me to send the unit back before I get a replacement. That would mean I am without that TV until that replacement comes. I’d rather them send me a replacement and I return this faulty unit. Any ideas?
@Rugro If it's a Roku TV, that warranty is through the TV manufacturer, not Roku. You won't get support for that here. See this link for contact info for Roku TVs.
