I would like a full refund. This piece of **bleep** hasn't worked from day one. Connects to the internet for 30 minutes and then stops working. I've reset every device in my house, router, Roku, tv, every internet connected device. This thing isn't reliable. If I can't watch tv for more then ten minutes then what's the point? This device is useless to me. I need a full refund. The product never worked as advertised and is unable to deliver on what it said it would do. Model 3920x, SN: JF50C1759370
